Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, PIN are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel.
